Community Guidelines

Welcome to our Online Community. Let’s keep our Forum respectful, pleasant, and enjoyable for members of all ages. Kindly take a moment to read our Online Community Guidelines before posting.

Language and Trolling
Our community is family-friendly. There are young users and language should be kept within a PG-13 level. Vulgar language is not allowed. This constitutes the use of any kind of offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material deemed unsafe for younger members. Inappropriate language will be removed. Do not post provocative, outrageous, or pointless messages only to get a response from others, i.e. "trolling." If this offense is repeated after due warning then repeat violators will be permanently banned.

Personal Attacks
In order to maintain a positive atmosphere, no personal attacks or insults will be tolerated. This forum was not created for heated discussions, verbal attacks or insults. There is a difference between a respectful discussion and one that delves into personal matters. Think of the issue at hand and not the individuals. When the line is crossed after due warning, the discussion will be closed by the Moderation Team.

Moderators and Admins
If you have a concern or a complaint, direct it to the Moderators not to the boards. The Mods are the primary contact for suggestions and comments. For technical problems encountered in the domain, you may contact the Admins.

Cross-Posting
If you have something to post and you're not sure which board it belongs in, do not post it in more than one board. If the administrators or moderators think it would fit better in another location, it will be moved there. Duplicate threads only serve to create confusion.

Self-Promotion and Advertisement
While you are allowed to promote your web site(s) in your signature, please post advertisements in the appropriate board(s) that fits the purpose. Do not post links to sites you run or are in any way affiliated with in your posts on unrelated topics.

Multiple Accounts Per Individual Are Not Permitted
If you forget your password, use the password recovery tool, in which case you will be able to reset your password, given that you have access to the e-mail associated with your account. If you are still unable to login, contact the administrator.

Disclosures
This domain is not an official site but an affiliate of SMMS only. The Administrators and Moderators are members of either the student body, alumni and alumnae groups and does not represent nor are part of St. Mary Magdalene's School Administration.

As a last note, let's follow the "Golden Rule" Do unto others what you will have others do unto you.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.
